This time last year we featured the street electrifying Chale Wote Street Art Festival 2014, organized by ACCRA DOT ALT. The 5th annual Chale Wote Street Art festival, which happens annually in Accra’s James Town District, turned up its vibrancy and amplified interface between culture, art and the public.
